"Nova", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Veydros Group, the Canadian corporation that operates Nova and this website. "You" refers to anyone using the website or the browser.
Use of the website
nova.veydros.com is provided for informational purposes. You may browse it freely. You may not:

- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise the site or its hosting infrastructure.

Early access and the Nova browser

When Nova is released, your use of the browser is also subject to the licence terms provided with the application itself, which will take precedence over these website terms for matters specific to the software.
Intellectual property
The Nova name, logo, wordmark, website design, source code, and product visuals are owned by Veydros Group. You may not use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you create using Nova. If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us about Nova, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the product, without owing you compensation or attribution.

Nova and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software or the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veydros Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of Nova or the website — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario.
